第五届香樟经济学圈英文会议拟将于2019年11月30日（周六）在温州大学举行，本届论坛由香樟经济学圈（CEC）主办，浙江省人文社科重点基地“温州人经济研究中心”和温州大学商学院（金融学院）承办。本届论坛得到Economics of Transition and Institutional Change(SSCI)的大力支持，优秀论文将推荐至该刊审稿。只接受英文投稿，稿件需为原创作品（且从未在正式刊物发表），请发邮件至20180009@wzu.edu.cn，标题（英文）为“Your name and Title of your paper”，投稿截止日为10月31日，组委会11月15日前确定录取稿件并公布会议议程。本届论坛不收取注册费，承办方提供正式参会人员的住宿和用餐，欢迎世界和全国各地的老师和同学踊跃投稿。

温州被作为改革开放四十年的形象缩影，有着遍及四海的商人和商品，说着中国最难懂的方言，曾坐拥“闲敲棋子落灯花”的文人荟萃。温州人和他们身上的温州精神硬生生闯出了一条民营经济艰难曲折又可歌可泣的成长之路。在“新时代中国特色社会主义”的大背景下，如何推进民营经济健康发展，如何促进非公有制经济人士健康成长，温州又一次扛起了“探路者”的重任。本届论坛还拟安排香樟经济学者民营经济座谈会和香樟经济学者温州民营企业行两场活动，带你深度认识温州人经济和民营经济。

The 5th CamphorEconomist Circle (CEC) English Workshop

1.Introduction

The 5^th Camphor Economist Circle (CEC) EnglishWorkshop will be held in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province on 30^th November2019, jointly hosted by Research Centre of the Global Wenzhounese &Business School, Wenzhou University.

1.1Manuscript Requirements

The 5^th CEC English Workshop welcomes submissionsin broad fields of economics and finance with no particular preferences oftheoretical and empirical studies. All manuscripts much be in English,original, and must not be previously published.

1.2 KeyDates and Deadlines

We recommend all authors to submit your manuscripts by 11:59pm (CST - China Standard Time) on 31^st October 2019. You willreceive the notification of acceptance by 15^th November, along withthe conference timetable.

1.3Submission

Please use “your name + the title of your paper” as the titleof your email, and send your manuscript to 20180009@wzu.edu.cnby the deadline.

1.4 Fees

There is no registration fee. All authors’ accommodation willbe funded by the conference host institution(s).

1.5Journal Support

The Workshop is supported by Economics of Transition andInstitutional Change (SSCI), and the selected papers will get the opportunityto be reviewed by the journal.

1.6 Socialactivity

The Workshop plans to arrange symposium and investigation ofWenzhou private enterprises for camphor economists, which is expected to offera  deep understanding of Wenzhouneseeconomy and private economy.
